Note : AIIMS is not conducting any entrance exam for MBBS admission from 2020. Admission to MBBS and similar courses in AIIMS are on the basis of NEET-UG exam from 2020.

Preparation tips to crack the AIIMS MBBS exam.

  • Just like NEET, AIIMS also requires thorough knowledge of NCERT. Read NCERT line by line. Examples, summary, diagrams are very important for NEET. Use Mnemonics to remember difficult words, phrases and statements.

  • You can study from NCERT or a coaching study material for understanding theory and solving problems.

  • Make short notes for all subjects. You can write formulas of physics, short tricks, reactions of organic chemistry, examples of biology, important dates and years of ecology, etc so that you can revise them in short time in an organised way.

  • AIIMS examination will test your concepts and understanding, the problems can be lengthy in the AIIMS entrance examination. Make sure you know the concepts well and practice conceptual problems.

  • The Physics in AIIMS is slightly difficult than NEET but if your concepts are strong, you can solve problems easily.

  • Practice online mock tests of AIIMS by joining an online test series.

  • For GK in AIIMS, focus on current affairs.

  • You can utilize your time after NEET by preparing additional sections in AIIMS. At the same time, you need to keep your focus on PCB revision.
