Is it true that NEET 2022 happening twice in a year?

It’s very highly unlikely that NEET 2022 will happen twice in a year. The 2021–22 session will be delayed to COVID-19, and we are not yet sure when the situation will become better.
It would be good if NEET 2022 is conducted safely and one time only.
