Yes, class 11 is very important for JEE Main, even more than class 12. Though in the JEE exam, you may see more questions from class 12 syllabus but to understand the topics and concepts in class 12, you need a strong grip over class 11 topics.

Chemistry :

  • General Organic Chemistry
  • Isomerism
  • Thermodynamics (Common in Physics) and Equilibrium
  • Structure of Atom (Common in Physics with Modern physics)

Math :

  • Conic Section and Coordinate Geometry
  • Trigonometry
  • Complex Numbers

Physics :

  • WPE and Rotation
  • S.H.M. and Waves Oscillations
