How many questions should I attempt in JEE Mains in order to crack the exam?
No, you should attempt only those questions in which you are sure of the correct answer. There is a negative marking in the JEE Mains exam (1 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer), so you should avoid guessing work and attempt the question only if you know the answer.
In JEE Mains exam paper-1, you need to answer 75 questions out of 90 questions, 25 each from Physics, Chemistry and Math. To crack the JEE Mains exam and for a good score, you should target to answer 50+ questions correctly. Keep in mind that don’t choose answers randomly, just to attempt more questions in the exam.
